Make – Up Meltdown- Things Don’t Have to Get Ugly

They don’t call summer “wedding season†for nothing.  Many brides and grooms opt to share their nuptials during this sunny and warm time of year. I mean why not! The sun! the beach getaways! The glasses of rose’ on wedding night. It’s a time of year when life seems a little more care-free, a little more electric. 

However, there’s one aspect that seems to (conveniently) be forgotten: your body’s natural cooling system and your bridal makeup don’t make for the most romantic summer wedding story.  In fact, the combination is decidedly one of the more dangerous ones you need to be wary of on your big day.  From messy eye makeup to a patchy base, the sun’s heat can have disastrous effects on your bridal look if you haven’t considered a climate- controlled venue.

We’re not talking about open-air with ability to bring in large fans.  Oh my!  Talk about wind blown hair. Yikes!!! We/re talking about shaded outdoor wrap around veranda’s, and climate controlled throughout the entire venue to ensure that your bridal makeup remains flawless and ready for a photo shoot at any time.
